Smell // A full bouquet with an array of wild plum, fennel spice, cherry blossom, savoury, spicy thread and sandalwood.

Taste // Medium bodied, with subtle cranberry, watermelon and fennel, leading to zesty pink grapefruit and slight wet stone minerality before finishing with a lovely crisp dry grand finale.
